Myers Consulting Company delivers quality recruiting services to our clients.  Our services include, but not limited to Recruiting, Recruiting Consulting, and Candidate Profiling of Medical Technologists, Medical Laboratory Technicians, Phlebotomists, and Registered Nurses.

DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES:

PERMANENT PLACEMENT

To meet the recruiting needs of your organization, MCC provides experienced and qualified recruiters to work on and/or off site.  We will locate and screen candidates from our database and outsources.  We perform reference checks, verification of credentials, and employment verification. Our creative and specifically designed recruiting techniques allow us to find the best match for your staffing needs.  We provide services on a time and material basis, allowing you to maintain control of your budget.

TEMPORARY PLACEMENT

Myers Consulting Company personnel are available upon request, for a shift, a week, a month or longer assignments.  Should your needs be greater than your staffing capability, we are here to provide you with reliable and dependable healthcare personnel. 

TEMP-to-PERM PLACEMENT

Myers Consulting Company allows you the option of utilizing the same employee for an extended period of time.  Our temporary employees are eligible to become permanent placements after thirty (30) consecutive days with your organization.

LONG-TERM CONTRACT SERVICES

Myers Consulting Company will provide your organization with long-term employees for assignments with duration of 6 months to one year.  These employees will provide uninterrupted services to your facility for the length of the agreement.
