RN Position
Current TX RN licensure, current CPR certification, 2 years experience in Infusion, Oncology certification or (within 90 days of hire.)

RN Positions
Current TX RN licensure, current CPR certification. 1-2 years experience preferred.  Several positions available.

MT/MLT positions
BS in Medical Technology or Clinical Laboratory Sciences, certification by ASCP or NCA, 1-2 years exp.  Several positions available.

Radiologic Tech positions
Graduate of AMA approved school of X-ray technology, TX licensure, and ARRT certified (or eligible).  Several positions available.

Program Director Medical Technology
College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences
SALARY: $3,750.00- $5,000.00 Monthly
Responsibilities:   To perform all responsibilities of the program director as specified by NAACLS.  To function as an effective member of the University faculty.  To maintain a working knowledge of accreditation and certification procedures.  To maintain a network with educators and trend setters.  To analyze current trends and future directions to recommend changes in program objective and curriculum design.  To develop and recommend revision of program goals/objectives, when needed.  To provide information to various committees, both external and internal relating to the program and its activities.  To conduct the admission process to the professional component of the medical technology program.  To coordinate and supervise the activities of program officials.  To coordinate the overall program evaluation.  To oversee the activities of clinical coordination.  To provide liaison activities between the administration of the University and affiliates.  To maintain appropriate office hours in accordance with University policies.  To teach required courses as mandated by program and college in accordance with University policy.  To counsel students as needed, both academic and personal.  To engage in student recruitment activities.  To maintain records and files of program students.  To provide enriching activities as appropriate for program students.  To maintain open communication with the Chairperson as regard to the payment of program fees, program needs, etc.  To hold meetings as needed with faculty and others.  To track undergraduate students, alumni, and employment opportunities.  To oversee the placement of students into clinical sites.  To actively participate on various University, college, and department committees.  To participate in or coordinate proposals for external funding to improve academic resources.  To coordinate the program self-study and site visit.
QUALIFICATIONS:  Ph.D. or equivalent and certification as a Clinical Laboratory Scientist, area of specialty open, an emphasis in infectious diseases and/or chemistry is desired.
